OFFICE HOURS:
We make evening and weekend appointments to accommodate our clients'needs.
FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION:
We offer free initial consultations of up to 30 minutes for prospective bankruptcy, litigation, estate planning/probate, and personal injury clients.
FEES:
Flat Fee/Hourly/Contingency
Base Flat Fee:
Bankruptcy and Estate Planning matters are generally performed based upon an initial base flat fee disclosed at the initial consultation. Additional services above those originally agreed to be performed as part of the flat fee are billed at an hourly rate previously disclosed to and discussed with each client.
Contingency:
Personal Injury cases are generally accepted on a contingency basis. If we do not obtain any money for you, we are not entitled to any attorney fees.
Hourly:
Litigation and business transactional work is generally billed on an hourly basis.
